Shipping Charges:
- Free shipping is available for orders above ₹500.
- A nominal shipping fee will be applied to orders below ₹500, which will be calculated during checkout.

- You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our logistics partner's website.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy
At Dhanvantari Herbs, we strive to provide you with the finest natural products. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the items are sold.

No Returns or Exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Products:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dhanvantariherbs.in with photographs of the product and packaging.
- Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support. After this period, cancellations will not be possible.
